Due to the hygenic risks associated with piercing jewelry I am unable to accept returns or exchanges on any product that is not in its original sealed bag.

I am unable to accept cancellations on made to order and custom orders that I have already started working on, including if material was special ordered for your project, or pre cut for your project.

Custom, made to order, or pieces modified to your specifications can not be returned or exchanged.

Please contact me if as soon as possible if you need to make a change to your order before it has begun.

Cancellations and returns are good for store credit, less shipping cost. Or If you prefer a refund to original payment method there is a 10% restocking fee to cover my expenses.

Processing fees are non refundable and are accounted for in the 10% restocking fee. Unfortunately these fees are not refunded by the processing company.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Contact me with in 7 days of receiving your order to start the return process, items must be properly packaged per instructions given at this time to prevent damage. I can not issue a refund or store credit if you are at fault for damaged products.
